男,工学博士,二级教授,博士生导师,第十三届贵州省政协委员,九三学社贵州省委常委,贵州省省委重点联系专家,贵州省百层次人才,荣获九三学社中央先进个人、第八届贵州省优秀科技工作者、2023年度贵州“最美科技工作者”等荣誉,贵州省高性能锂离子电池电极材料科技创新人才团队领衔人、贵州省低品位菱锰矿精深加工应用科技创新人才团队(贵州省锰矿用矿顶尖专家团队)负责人。主讲本科课程为《传输原理》、《电池回收技术》、《新能源用原材料制备》,研究生课程《新能源材料前沿技术》。主要研究方向为冶金过程能源节约理论与技术及电化学储能器件,培养博士、硕士30余名,主持国家级、省级和横向科研20余项,其中:国家自然科学基金区域创新联合基金1项、面上基金2项、地区基金2项,国家重点研发计划课题1项;累计发表论文50余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇、授权专利12项、以第一获奖人获贵州省科技进步一等奖、三等奖、中国有色金属工业科学技术三等奖各1项。
